Is there a free plan?
There's no permanent free tier. Every account starts on a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You won't be charged unless you choose a plan when the trial ends.
How does pricing work?
There's a flat platform base fee that includes your first 3 users ($29/month or $240/year), then a per-user fee for each user beyond that ($6/user/month or $60/user/year). The owner counts as a user too. Add or remove people anytime and your next invoice is prorated automatically.
What's included in monthly vs annual?
The same features. Annual is billed once a year and works out to about 20% off the monthly rate: $20/month base plus $5/user/month, versus $29 plus $6.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal in your settings. Monthly subscriptions end at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions get a prorated refund.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or seasonal businesses?
Email support@getclox.com and we'll work it out. We're a small team and we'd rather work with you than lose you over price.
Can my employees see each other's pay rates?
No. Hourly rates are visible only to managers. Employees see their own punches and schedule.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved exactly as you left it. The app locks until you re-subscribe. Re-subscribe anytime and everything is right where you left off, nothing lost. If you'd rather have a full export, or want us to delete everything instead, email support@getclox.com and we'll handle it within 72 hours.
