How to use it

1. One row per day. Enter time in, time out, and break minutes; the Hours column computes itself.
2. The Job column is optional but worth the habit: even one word per day tells you where the week went.
3. The Total row sums the week, and the Regular and Overtime rows split it at 40 hours automatically.
4. Print the PDF version for a clipboard crew; the columns match, so someone in the office can type it into the Excel copy in a minute or two.

The two mistakes this template prevents

Break math. Most spreadsheet timesheets ask people to subtract lunch in their heads, and people round in their own favor without meaning to. Entering break minutes as a number and letting the formula subtract them removes the daily estimating.

Forgotten overtime. A plain total hides the 40-hour line. Splitting regular and overtime on the sheet itself means nobody discovers OT for the first time on payday.
